A website is not finished when it launches. Dependencies get security updates, hosting and domains renew, content goes stale and one day a form stops sending. The maintenance plan covers that for any site I built: I keep the stack updated, monitor uptime and performance, keep backups, make the small content changes you send me and answer technical questions the same day when something is urgent. It is a monthly subscription paid through Stripe that you can cancel at any time from the link in your invoice email. If you need bigger changes, such as a new page or a new feature, I quote them separately so the monthly price stays predictable.

Domain, email, analytics or a form that stopped working: one person to write to who already knows your site.
Same-Day Response for Urgent Issues
When the site is down or a payment fails, I respond the same day. Cancel anytime; no long-term contract.
